I have been working as a massage therapist since 2014, I loved it from the start and helping people to feel better brings me genuine joy. Previous to that I trained as a kundalini yoga teacher which I also loved, it put me on a more healthy and purposeful path to the one that I was previously living at the time and it gave my life more meaning and a sense of fulfilment.
I completed my initial massage therapy training with the College of Classical Massage in 2013 and continuing on from that I completed my Advanced Clinical Massage training with the Jing Massage School in 2014. I gained further certification in Myofascial Release in 2018 and most recently in Temporomandibular Joint Pain (TMJ) in Oct 20. I am currently in the process of training as a Chi Nei Tsang practitioner (abdominal chi massage) with Kris deva North and Mantak Chia of the Universal Healing Tao.
I have a regular yoga and meditation practice which helps me to stay connected, grounded and happy in myself.
